The present invention relates to a medical vacuum suction device used for forced discharge of various body fluids, and more specifically relates to a portable vacuum suction device, comprising: a suction container in which an internal space is provided in a vacuum state； a connection cap coupled to an inlet of the suction container； a drain tube for leading a body fluid to the connection cap； a flow rate adjusting member for adjusting a flow rate of the body fluid； and a soft corrugated tube contracting and expanding according to a vacuum pressure of the suction container.본 발명은 각종 체액을 강제 배출하는 용도로 사용되는 의료용 진공 흡입기구에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게 설명하자면, 내부공간이 진공상태로 제공되는 흡입용기와, 상기 흡입용기의 입구에 결합되는 연결캡과, 상기 연결캡으로 체액의 배출을 유도하는 배액튜브와, 상기 체액의 유량을 조절하는 유량조절부재와, 상기 흡입용기의 진공압력에서 따라 수축 또는 확장하는 연질 주름관을 포함하여 구성되는 휴대형 진공 흡입기구에 관한 것이다.
