PURPOSE: Rice coated with an aged garlic extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable a user to easily eat the rice by coating the washed rice with the aged garlic extract. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice coated with an aged garlic extract comprises the following steps: firstly aging fresh garlic with hot air at 10~120deg C for 150~500hours; naturally drying the aged garlic for 10~60hours; secondly aging the fresh garlic with the hot air at 10~50deg C for 10~100hours; mixing the aged garlic with water in a weight ratio of 0.5~3:0.5~3, and filtering with a hemp cloth to obtain aged garlic liquid; washing rice and drying; inserting the dried rice to a coater to coat the rice with the aged garlic liquid; and drying the coated rice at 50~90deg C.본 발명은 흑마늘 액이 코팅된 쌀 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 씻어나온 쌀 표면에 항균, 항암, 항혈전 활성 등의 생리학적 기능이 우수한 흑마늘 액을 코팅시킨 쌀 및 그 제조방법을 제공함으로써, 가정에서 다시 쌀을 물에 씻을 필요가 전혀 없어 안심하고 취사할 수 있으며 쌀의 속알맹이를 보호하기 위해 표면을 흑마늘 액으로 두껍게 감싸서 산화작용 및 그에 따른 곰팡이의 발생의 염려가 없다.
