It contains (C) an acidic direct dye, (C) at least one antioxidant selected from L-ascorbic acid, L-cysteine and salts thereof, and (D) an oxidizing agent, and (B) with respect to the blending amount of the component (B). The ratio of the blending amount of the component A) is 0.05 to 50 by mass, and the ratio of the blending amount of the component (C) to the blending amount of the component (A) and (B) is 0.01 by mass.
