PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous hair dye to be applied to the hair by mixing an aqueous cream hair dye and an oxidant at the time of use which dyes hair brightly, and which has a good hair dyeing efficacy.SOLUTION: A hair dye is used by mixing a non-aqueous cream hair dye and an oxidant composition containing a hydrogen peroxide of at least not less than 4.5% in the ratio of 1:1-1:3 at the time of use.
