The proposed compounds are inhibitors of aldosterone synthase and are useful for use in the treatment or prevention of chronic kidney disease, congestive heart failure, hypertension, primary hyper aldosteronism and Cushing's syndrome.В настоящем изобретении предложены новые соединения общей формулы (I)фармацевтические композиции, включающие эти соединения, и способ их получения. Предложенные соединения являются ингибиторам альдостерон-синтазы и полезны для применения в лечении или профилактики хронического заболевания почек, застойной сердечной недостаточности, гипертонии, первичного гиперальдостеронизма и синдрома Кушинга.
