A method for culturing Lactobacillus and a Lactobacillus culture medium used therein are disclosed. The present invention is implemented by a step for preparing Lactobacillus culture medium obtained by mixing 10 to 20 parts by weight of Lactobacillus powder, 1 to 5 parts by weight of salt, and 30 to 60 parts by weight of juice; and a step of culturing Lactobacillus by keeping the Lactobacillus culture medium at room temperature. According to the present invention, it is possible to prepare high concentration of Lactobacillus cultured medium cultured by the secondary culture using Lactobacillus powder prepared by the primary culture treatment.
