The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a berry fermented liquid using lactobacillus, and a berry fermented liquid manufactured by the method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing a berry fermented liquid using lactobacillus comprises: a step of manufacturing juice of berries; and a step of inoculating the juice with lactobacillus, and fermenting the same. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a berry fermented liquid using lactobacillus, and the berry fermented liquid manufactured by the method can have excellent quality.본 발명은 유산균을 이용한 베리류 발효액 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 베리류 발효액에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명의 방법에 따라 제조된 베리류 발효액은 알코올을 포함하지 않아 품질이 우수하다.
