Aminopyrazole derivatives of formula 1, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof: ** Formula ** in which R1 is -CO2R3, -CH2OR3, -CONR3R4 or ** Formula **, in which R3 and R4 are, independently one of another, H, or a C1-C6 straight chain, branched or cyclic alkyl； R2 is - (CH2) mAr, in which m is an integer between 1 and 3, Ar is phenyl, or C1-C3 alkyl or halogen substituted phenyl； B is H, phenyl, or C1-C3 alkyl or phenyl substituted by halogen； n is an integer from 0 to 2； Y is S, O, C, SO, SO2 or NR3R4 in which R3 and R4 are, independently of one another, H, or C1-C6 straight, branched or cyclic chain alkyl； Z is H, halogen, OCH3, NO2, NH2, or C1-C3 straight, branched or cyclic chain alkyl； and A is CH or N.Derivados de aminopirazol de fórmula 1, o sales farmacéuticamente aceptables del mismo: **Fórmula** en la que R1 es -CO2R3, -CH2OR3, -CONR3R4 o **Fórmula** , en los que R3 y R4 son, independientemente uno de otro, H, o un C1-C6 alquilo de cadena recta, ramificada o cíclica； R2 es -(CH2)mAr, en la que m es un entero comprendido entre 1 y 3, Ar es fenilo, o bien C1-C3 alquilo o fenilo sustituido por halógeno； B es H, fenilo, o C1-C3 alquilo o fenilo sustituido por halógeno； n es un entero de 0 a 2； Y es S, O, C, SO, SO2 o NR3R4 en la que R3 y R4 son, independientemente uno de otro, H, o C1-C6 alquilo de cadena recta, ramificada o cíclica； Z es H, halógeno, OCH3, NO2, NH2, o C1-C3 alquilo de cadena recta, ramificada o cíclica； y A es CH o N.
