A composition in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion, comprises a lipophilic phase (A1) (at least 60, preferably 60 - 80 wt.%) an emulsifying system (A2) (2 - 20, preferably 3 - 16 wt.%) comprising at least one emulsifier having an HLB of 8 - 18 an aqueous phase (A3) (= 30 wt.%), at least one fillers (0.5 - 10, preferably 0.5 - 5 wt.%) having an oil uptake of >= 75 ml/100 g. The weight ratio of (A2) to (A1) is 0.04 - 0.2. An independent claim is included for preparation of a composition involves: (A) homogenizing a mixture of (A1), (A2) and (A3) with the exception of any thermosensitive starting materials and heating by gradually increasing the temperature to a temperature greater than or equal to the phase inversion temperature T2 (B) stopping the heating and stirring until ambient temperature is reached, and passing the mixture through phase inversion temperature T1 (C) after the temperature has dropped below the phase inversion temperature (T1) region, optionally adding any thermosensitive starting materials.
