It can be usefully used for the development of various products.본 발명은 미강을 분쇄한 후 탈지시켜 탈지 미강을 얻는 제1 단계； 상기 탈지 미강의 전분을 제거한 후 분말화하여 미강 분말을 얻는 제2 단계； 및 상기 미강 분말과 배의 혼합물을 마쇄 후 건조하여 배 분말을 얻는 제3 단계；를 포함하는 배 분말의 제조방법 및 그로부터 제조된 배 분말에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 배 분말은 흡습성이 낮고, 유동성은 증가되며, 응집성은 감소하고, 항산화 활성은 증진되고, 기능성 성분을 다량 함유하며, 유통성 및 저장성이 우수하고, 2차 가공품의 원료로 이용할 수 있어 다양한 제품의 개발에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
