The present invention relates to a lactobacillus, a nucleotide sequence for lactobacillus, and primers for nucleotide sequence. The lactobacillus is Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei PAN 101 having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, and deposited in Agricultural Research Culture Collection (NRRL) in November 13, 2009, wherein the accession number of Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei PAN 101 is NRRL B-50335. In the present invention, the nucleotide sequence for Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei PAN 101 and the primers for the nucleotide sequence are proposed, so as to facilitate the person skilled in lactobacillus filed capable of carrying out the strain identification of the Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei PAN 101 according to the present invention.
