PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emit charged microparticle water in addition to humidified air to moisturize human bodies, achieve deodorization and sterilization effects and stably and effectively generate charged microparticle water.
SOLUTION: This electrostatic atomizer 4 includes: a discharge electrode 3 a heat exchange part 7 having a cooling part 5 and a heat radiation part 9 and a high-voltage application part 16 condensing moisture in the air by the cooling part 5 and applying high voltage to water supplied to the discharge electrode 3. The electrostatic atomizer 4 further includes a humidifier 2 generating humidified air, and the discharge electrode 3 and the heat radiation part 9 are arranged in a humidification space 8 where the humidified air is made to flow.
