Disclosed are a pest control composition which comprises extracts of used coffee grounds, yolk oil, and an EM activated solution as active ingredients, and a method for preparing a pest control composition which comprises (A) preparing an extract of coffee grounds by heating coffee grounds in boiling water for 5 minutes or more so that coffee oil is sufficiently extracted in the boiling water； (B) diluting the extract of coffee grounds with water； (C) preparing egg yolk oil by mixing egg yolk and edible oil； and (D) mixing an EM activated solution with the extract of coffee grounds of Operation (A) and the egg yolk oil of Operation (C).
