PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing and using a plant activating liquid for improving the quality and yields of crop plants when used in the cultivation of farm products, and for making the crop plants durable with few side effects.SOLUTION: A liquid is mainly used as a raw material, wherein the liquid is obtained from an unused portion of sugarcanes, such as a remained liquid obtained after extracting a sugar content from a squeezed part of the sugarcanes and a liquid obtained by collecting a portion of the sugarcanes that is not used as a directly edible material or as a material for extracting the sugar content and then by squeezing the portion. Additionally, an activation treatment includes: adding lactobacillus and then conducting fermentation to activate minerals； immersing a mineral powder that generates terahertz waves or a ceramics ball-like molded product in a liquid； adding photosynthetic bacteria； and the like. An obtained product is sprayed on leaves of a horticultural plant to allow the horticultural plant to take in the obtained product efficiently.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】農作物栽培時に用いて作物の品質向上および収穫量の増加に結び付けるとともに、副作用の少ない持続性のあるものにするための植物活性液の製造と使用の方法の提供。【解決手段】原料は、サトウキビのうち未利用部分から得られた液体分を主体とし、サトウキビの１部分を絞ったものから糖分を採取した残液や、直接の食用および糖分採取用原料などに用いられなかった部分を集めて絞り取った液体分などを用いる。それに加える活性化の加工処理としては、ミネラル分を活性化処理するために乳酸菌を加えて発酵をさせる、テラヘルツ波を発生する鉱物を粉状にしたもの、あるいはセラミックスボールのような成型物にしたものを液中に浸漬する、光合成菌の添加を行うなどを行う。得られたものを対象とする栽培用植物が効率的に吸収できるようにするには、栽培用植物の葉に噴霧する。【選択図】なし
