Aspects of the disclosure relate to compositions and methods useful for treating Huntingtons disease. In some embodiments, the disclosure provides interfering nucleic acids (e.g., artificial miRNAs) targeting the huntingtin gene (HTT) and methods of treating Huntingtons disease using the same.
