The present invention relates to the usage of a Chinese herb composition for improving sperm quality, wherein the Chinese herb composition comprises: a first herb material selected from the group consisting of Ginseng Radix, Astragali Radix, Batatatis Rhizoma, Zizyphi Fructu, Tremella, Codonopsis Pilosula, and the combination thereof a second herb material selected from the group consisting of Angelicae Radix, Rehmanniae Preparata Radi, Longanae Arillus, Lycii Fructus, Paeonia lactiflora, and the combination thereof a third herb material selected from the group consisting of Rehmanniae Radix, Ligustrum Lucidum, Eclipta prostrate, Dendrobium hancockii, Polygonum multiflorun (i.e. Dioscorea bulbifera or Cynanchum wilfordi), Cuscuta australis, Cornus officinalis and the combination thereof, wherein the first herb material has a content of 2-40 wt%, the second herb material has a content of 20-40 wt%, and the third herb material has a content of 20-96 wt%.本發明係有關於一種中草藥組成物之用途,用於改善精蟲品質之中草藥組成物,其中該中草藥組成物包含:一第一類藥材,係選自由人參、黃耆、山藥、大棗、白木耳、黨參及其組合物所組成之群組;一第二類藥材,係選自由當歸、熟地黃、龍眼肉、枸杞、白芍及其組合物所組成之群組;以及一第三類藥材,係選自由地黃、女貞子、旱蓮草、石斛、何首烏、菟絲子、山茱萸及其組合物所組成之群組,其中該第一類藥材佔2~40重量百分比;該第二類藥材佔2~40重量百分比;且該第三類藥材佔20~96重量百分比。
