PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable oil-in water type emulsified oil composition nor substantially containing phosphate and trans fatty acid, satisfactory in emulsification stability and also satisfactory in shape retainability after foaming and melting in the mouth.SOLUTION: Provided is a composition in which oil includes oil (A) as the melting point part in palm oil and oil (B) being the fractional liquid shape part of palm oil not subjected to ester exchange and having an iodine value of 55 to 90, in which the total content is 85 to 95 wt.% to the whole of the oil, and an emulsifier includes a lipophilic emulsifier selected from sucrose fatty acid ester in which the main constituent fatty acid being 16 to 22C saturated fatty acid and having an HLB of 0 to 4 and polyglyceryl fatty acid ester in which the main constituent fatty acid being 16 to 22C saturated fatty acid having an HLB of 0 to 4 and an esterification degree of 5 to 12 and a hydrophilic emulsifier as fatty acid ester having an HLB of 9 to 20, and in which the constituent fatty acid of the fatty acid ester constituting the hydrophilic emulsifier includes unsaturated fatty acid in the range of 65 to 100 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
