The present invention relates to a red pepper paste using an oriental herbal composition mixture and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a red pepper paste and a manufacturing method thereof characterized by the red pepper paste manufactured by mixing 20-40 wt% of an oriental herbal composition mixture and 60-80 wt% of traditional glutinous rice red pepper paste, and heating at 85-95°;C, wherein the oriental herbal composition mixture is manufactured by a first composition mixture manufacturing step of manufacturing a composition mixture by finely pulverizing 20-40 wt% of plum fermented for more than six months, 1-5 wt% of pine needles, 1-5 wt% of mugwort and 1-5 wt% of white lotus leaves; a step of finely pulverizing 20-40 wt% of Cudrania tricuspidata mulberry to become a fluid state; a step of finely pulverizing 20-40 wt% of Helianthus tuberosus to become a fluid state; and a step of manufacturing a second composition mixture by mixing 25-55 wt% of the first composition mixture, 20-40 wt% of Cudrania tricuspidata mulberry and 20-40 wt% of Helianthus tuberosus and boiling to the boiling point.
