The present invention relates to a water-in-oil cosmetic composition comprising a water phase, an oil phase and porous polyhedral powder and, more specifically, to a water-in-oil cosmetic composition comprising no emulsifier other than the porous polyhedral powder which functions as an emulsifier. The cosmetic composition according to one aspect of the present invention exhibits excellent moisture stability in the oil phase, and the composition according to one aspect of the present invention is highly adherent and long-lasting when applied to the skin because of the high oil phase content of the composition and imparts lightness of feeling instead of a heavy feeling on initial application.
