PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic surgical microscope that secures a working space between an objective lens and a patients eye, and implements an observation of the patients eye and acquisition of an OCT image.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic surgical microscope includes: an objective lens an illumination optical system an observation optical system an interference optical system a first lens group a second lens group and a deflection member. The illumination optical system is configured to illuminate a patients eye with illumination light via the objective lens, and the observation optical system is used for observing the patients eye illuminated by the illumination optical system via the objective lens. The interference optical system is configured to divide light from a light source into measurement light and reference light and detect return light of the measurement light from the patients eye and interference light with the reference light. In a path of the measurement light heading for the patients eye, the first lens group is arranged on an upstream side, and the second lens group is arranged on a downstream side with respect to the first lens group. The deflection member is arranged on the upstream side with respect to the objective lens in a path of the return light of the illumination light, and is arranged between the first lens and the second lens group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】対物レンズと患者眼との間の作業空間を確保しつつ、患者眼の観察とOCT画像の取得を行う眼科手術用顕微鏡を提供する。【解決手段】眼科手術用顕微鏡は、対物レンズと、照明光学系と、観察光学系と、干渉光学系と、第1レンズ群と、第2レンズ群と、偏向部材とを含む。照明光学系は、対物レンズを介して照明光で患者眼を照明する。観察光学系は、照明光学系により照明されている患者眼を対物レンズを介して観察するために用いられる。干渉光学系は、光源からの光を測定光と参照光とに分割し、患者眼からの測定光の戻り光と参照光との干渉光を検出する。患者眼に向かう測定光の経路において第1レンズ群は上流側に配置され、第2レンズ群は第1レンズ群よりも下流側に配置される。偏向部材は、照明光の戻り光の経路において対物レンズよりも上流側に配置され、第1レンズ群と第2レンズ群との間に配置される。【選択図】図3
