The invention relates to a separated novel strain BR101. The strain is separated from the stool specimens of new born baby. The stain is identified as Lactobacillus Reuteri after identifying strain characteristics and comparing sequence of 16s rDNA. Based on colony appearance, gene sequence difference of 16S rDNA, analysis to extended various DNA for random primer, AP150CHL microorganism sugar biochemical reaction, screening and stipulating IL-10 and its function analysis, the strain of BR101 is significant different from other strains. In addition, the strain of BR101 can stipulate cells generating more anti-inflammation hormone to decrease the autoimmunization inflammation reaction to improve symptoms of autoimmunization inflammation diseases.本發明係關於一種經分離之新穎菌株BR101,該菌株乃分離自新生兒糞便檢體,利用菌種特性與16S rDNA基因片段序列進行比對鑑定為洛德乳酸桿菌菌種,並與其他洛德乳酸桿菌標準菌株作菌落外觀型態差異、16S rDNA基因片段差異、隨機引子對擴增多態性DNA分析、API50CHL微生物醣類生化反應、刺激分泌IL-10之益生菌株篩選及其功能分析,顯示該菌株BR101與其他標準菌株有顯著差異,且該分離株可刺激細胞產生較高的抗發炎激素,降低自體免疫的發炎反應,可運用於改善自體免疫疾病。
