The present invention relates to a process for preparing mineral salts containing beneficial components of wood and an oil component of microalgae comprising the steps of: (a) a pretreatment step of filtering and sterilizing seawater； (b) concentrating the filtered and sterilized seawater first； (c) concentrating the seawater while extracting useful components of the tree with concentrated seawater； a post-treatment step of filtering and sterilizing the concentrated seawater obtained in step (d)； in step (e), inoculating and culturing the microalgae in the seawater filtered and sterilized, and then drying the concentrated seawater containing the cultured microalgae.
