In this biopsy system, when the distal end of a sheath (7) is located within the visual field of an optical imaging mechanism, the open surface of a needle tube (3) is located proximal to a sloped section (107a) and the position of the needle tube (3) is fixed with respect to an ultrasonic endoscope (100) by a fixing mechanism (50) so that the direction of the slant of the open surface and the direction of the slant of the sloped section (107a) coincide.Linvention concerne un système de biopsie dans lequel, lorsque lextrémité distale dune gaine (7) est située dans le champ visuel dun mécanisme dimagerie optique, la surface ouverte dun tube daiguille (3) est située de manière proximale par rapport à une section inclinée (107a) et la position du tube daiguille (3) est fixe par rapport à un endoscope à ultrasons (100) par un mécanisme de fixation (50) de sorte que la direction de linclinaison de la surface ouverte et la direction de linclinaison de la section inclinée (107a) coïncident.本発明の生検システムにおいて、シース(7)の遠位端が光学撮像機構の視野内に位置する状態において、針管(3)の開口面はスロープ部(107a)よりも近位側に位置しているとともに、固定機構(50)により、開口面の傾斜方向とスロープ部(107a)の傾斜方向とが一致するように超音波内視鏡(100)に対する針管(3)の位置が固定される。
