Provided is a micro robot comprising: a drilling body unit in which a drilling tip is formed on a dead end; a spiral combination body unit spirally combined on an outer circumference of the drilling body unit, wherein a magnet is arranged on the inside; and a system control unit providing the rotatory magnetic field to the magnet, performing a spiral motion of the drilling body unit and the spiral combination body unit at the same time, and controlling the spiral combination body unit to perform a spiral motion on a circumference of the drilling body unit.
