PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide collagen peptide-containing acidic jelly food and drink having improved collagen smell by an easy method not exerting influence on flavor and texture.SOLUTION: Provided is acidic jelly food and drink comprising collagen peptide and a calcium reactive gelling agent, one or more kinds selected from phosphoric acid, phytic acid and gluconic acid, and calcium phosphate. Further, the one as a raw material solution comprising collagen peptide and a calcium reactive gelling agent, one or more kinds selected from phosphoric acid, phytic acid and gluconic acid, and calcium phosphate, and in which pH is regulated to below 4.6 is subjected to a sterilization step and a container filling step to produce acidic jelly food and drink.
