PURPOSE: An implant structure is provided to improve the bonding strength between an abutment and a fixture due to the tilt angle between a first incline and a second incline. CONSTITUTION: An implant structure comprises a fixture (1) and an abutment. A vertical hole (5) is formed inside the fixture (1). The vertical hole is formed with a female screw (1a), a stepped part, a space (1b), and a first incline (1d). The abutment includes a male screw combined with the female screw, a groove part which is adjacent to the stepped part, an inclined located in a space, a second incline extended from the incline, and a head part for supporting an artificial crown. The angle difference between the first incline and the second incline is about 2 degrees.본 발명에 따른 임플란트 구조체는 내부를 수직 구멍으로 형성하고 하부에 암나사, 중간에 계단부와 상부를 공간으로 형성하고 그의 내부 공간의 원주에 6 내지 11도의 경사로 하고 다수의 환형 돌기를 형성한 제1 경사면들로 구성되는 어버트먼트와 하단에 숫나사, 계단부에 인접하여 형성되는 홈부, 8 내지 13도의 경사로 되는 경사면 및 이 경사면에 제1 경사면과 대응하도록 내부 원주로 마찰부재를 형성한 제2 경사면과 인공치관이 설치되는 헤드부로 구성되고 제1 경사면과 제2경사면의 각도가 2도 차이 나게 하여 어버트먼트와 픽스쳐간에 결합이 매우 긴밀하게 된다.
