The present invention relates to an anti-loosening structure of an implant, which can prevent an abutment from temporarily loosening by separately forming concavo-convex wave parts on contact surfaces between a fixture and the abutment screwed to each other and engaging the wave parts with each other by tightening the abutment. The anti-loosening structure of an implant comprises: a fixture which is fixed to the alveolar bone of a patient, is implanted in the gum of the patient, and has a female screw part in an axial direction an abutment which has an artificial tooth fixing part formed on the upper part of the abutment and a male screw part formed on the lower part of the abutment, and which is screwed to the female screw part of the fixture and anti-loosening wave parts which form waves repeated in a concavo-convex shape, are separately formed to protrude from contact surfaces between the fixture and the abutment, and engage with each other by tightening the abutment, thereby preventing the abutment from loosening.
