The present invention relates to a device for removing an implant abutment and, more particularly, to a device for separating and removing from a fixture the abutment that is coupled with the fixture serving as an artificial dental root and is provided with a hollow which is formed in parallel to a central axis of the fixture. The present invention includes: a rod portion that is a part extending in an elongated form along the central axis and is provided with one end portion which can be inserted into the hollow of the abutment, a male screw portion being formed in an intermediate portion of the rod portion and an accommodating member that is provided with a through-hole accommodating the rod portion such that the rod portion is capable of rotating about the central axis, a coupling portion which can be inserted into and coupled with the hollow of the abutment, and a female screw portion formed in an inner peripheral surface of the through-hole such that it can be screw-coupled with the male screw portion. The accommodating member is capable of reciprocating along the central axis of the rod portion when the rod portion rotates relative to the accommodating member along the central axis in a state where the male screw portion of the rod portion is screw-coupled with the female screw portion of the accommodating member.
