The present invention relates to an implant abutment removing device and, more particularly, to a device for separating and removing, from a fixture, an abutment, which is coupled to the fixture that serves as an artificial dental root, and which has a hollow formed in parallel with the center axis of the fixture, the device comprising: a rod portion, which is a part elongated along the center axis, has a male screw portion formed on the middle portion thereof, and has an end that can be inserted into the hollow of the abutment and a receiving member having a through-hole in which the rod portion is received to be able to rotate about the center axis, a coupling portion that can be inserted into and fitted in the hollow of the abutment, and a female screw portion formed on the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole such that the female screw portion can be screw-coupled to the male screw portion, wherein the rod portion rotates relative to the receiving portion along the center axis while the male screw portion of the rod portion is screw-coupled to the female screw portion of the receiving portion such that the receiving portion can reciprocate along the center axis of the rod portion. The present invention can advantageously provide an implant abutment removing device capable of safely separating and removing the abutment from the fixture without damaging the alveolar bone simply by rotating the rod portion relative to the receiving member.
