PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tap for forming a female screw of a tooth root, capable of suppressing the damage or destruction of the tooth root and stably vertically implanting and fixing a post when a male screw post for abutment construction is implanted vertically to a root canal of the tooth root of a tooth during the abutment construction in the construction of crown prosthesis structure.SOLUTION: For the tap 1 for forming the female screw of the tooth root, when implanting and fixing the male screw post for the abutment construction to the root canal of the tooth root of the tooth when constructing an abutment structure or the crown prosthesis structure, since the female screw is formed in the root canal of the tooth root beforehand, the post itself is not screwed by pressing or cutting surrounding dentin or the like by a screw thread while making it directly cut into the root canal of the tooth root. Therefore, it is possible to provide the tap 1 that can form the female screw capable of suppressing weakening of the tooth root and the damage or destruction of the tooth root by that and stably implanting and fixing the male screw post for the abutment construction.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】歯冠補綴構造の構築における支台築造に際し、歯の歯根の根管に支台築造用雄ねじポストを植立するにあたって、歯根の損傷ないし破壊を抑制し、ポストを安定して植立固定できる歯根の雌ねじ形成用タップを提供すること。【解決手段】本発明に係る歯根の雌ねじ形成用タップ1は、支台築造体ないし歯冠補綴構造を構築するに際し、歯の歯根の根管に支台築造用雄ねじポストを植立固定するにあたって、あらかじめ歯根の根管に雌ねじを形成するので、ポスト自身を歯根の根管に直接食い込ませつつ周囲の象牙質等をねじ山で圧迫ないし切削してねじ込むこともないため、歯根の脆弱化及びそれによる歯根の損傷ないし破壊を抑制し、支台築造用雄ねじポストを安定して植立固定できる雌ねじを形成可能なタップ1を提供することができる。【選択図】図1
