PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing-care device including care-receiver holding implements easily attachable/detachable with respect to a body of the care-receiver in a bedridden state and reducing a burden of a caretaker.SOLUTION: The nursing-care device includes: casters 9 fitted to base parts 5 of a frame overhung across a Futon 3 or a bed in the width direction winding means 11 disposed at the upper part of the frame a pair of suspension belts 13 wound around the winding means so as to be freely taken up and paid out and a buttocks support board 21 and a backrest string 23 as care-receiver holding implements provided detachably between the pair of suspension belts.
