PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care device that includes a care-receiver holder capable of being easily attached and detached to/from a body of a care-receiver in a bed-bound state, and thereby reduces a burden of a care-giver.SOLUTION: A care device is characterized in that: casters 9 are attached to bases 5 in a frame 1 capable of straddling futon bedding 3 or a bed in the width direction winding means 11 is disposed in the upper part of the frame a pair of hanging belts 13 are wound around the winding means in a freely winding and feeding manner: a care-receiver holder 21 is detachably attached between the pair of hanging belts and the care-receiver holder is an integral holder for holding the back to buttocks of the care-receiver.
