PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology reducing a burden on a care receiver in supporting transfer of the care receiver.SOLUTION: A transfer support device 1 includes: a carriage 2； an arm 3 supported tiltably by the carriage 2； and a holding part 4 supported by the arm 3 and holding a trunk Q of a care receiver P. The holding part 4 includes at least a low pressure cell group 35 (first bag body) and a high pressure cell group 36 (second bag body) arranged so as to face each of different positions of a front face Q1 of the trunk Q of the care receiver P.
