Every two seedling taking belts form one group. A seedling through groove (23) is provided between adjacent belt wheels of the first belt wheel set. The seedling taking belts are wound between the first belt wheel set and the second belt wheel set and are tightened. The clamping device (3) is provided between adjacent seedling taking belts and are arranged close to the first belt wheel set. The clamping device comprises a clamping assembly (33) composed of a seedling taking belt clamping restraint (31) and a suspension plate (32). One end of the suspension plate is connected to the rack. The seedling taking belt clamping restraint is provided at the other end of the suspension plate. Seedling taking belt restraint grooves (34) placing seedling taking belts are symmetrically provided at both ends of the seedling taking belt clamping restraint.
