PURPOSE: A Gastrodiae rhizoma cultivation method is provided to drastically reduce cost and time to inoculate the Gastrodiae rhizoma spawn by cutting and drying oak tree and burying the same in soil.CONSTITUTION: A Gastrodiae rhizoma cultivation method comprises the following steps: making compositions(1) with a size of 1-10 cm by mixing sawdust of black oak, soil, Hordei fructus germinatus, yeast, sugar, agar, and the like, and kneading with an appropriate amount of water drying the composition in the shade adding the Gastrodiae rhizoma cultivation composition to a cultivation container(3) and attaching Gastrodiae rhizoma spawn(2) within the compositions increasing the Gastrodiae rhizoma spawn by laminating the cultivation containers in multiple stages in a facility house and controlling temperature, humidity, and drainage mass cultivating the Gastrodiae rhizoma by planting Gastrodiae rhizoma in a place where mycelial cord of the Gastrodiae rhizoma spawns between the compositions are appropriately formed. The soil comprises decomposed granite soil, sandy loam, and loess. The cultivation container is made of plastic or wood into a box or a bottle form, and the bottom surface of the cultivation container is processed in a mesh or a hole pattern for drainage.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 한약재로 이용되는 천마의 재배 방법에 관한 것으로 참나무 톱밥,흙(마사토,사양토,황토 등),맥아,효모,설탕,한천 등의 구성물을 가감하여 배합하고 적당한 물로 반죽하여 1~10cm 크기의 조성체(구체,다면체)를 만들고 응달에서 건조시킨 후 만들어진 다량의 조성체를 재배용기에 넣고 조성체 사이에 천마종균을 접착시키고 이렇게 만들어진 재배용기를 다단으로 적층하고 온도,습도,관배수를 조절하여 천마종균을 증식시켜 조성체 사이의 천마종균의 균사속이 적절하게 형성되면 천마 자마를 심어서 천마를 대량으로 재배하는 방법이다.
