PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of observing reflected light having sufficient strength from a crystal lens and identifying the position of the crystal lens accurately.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus comprises: a light source 12 measurement optical systems (24, 28, 34, 30, 40, 46, 48) for irradiating an inside of an examined eye with light from the light source and guiding the reflected light reference optical systems (24, 22) for irradiating a reference surface with the light from the light source and guiding the reflected light a light receiving element 26 for receiving interference light in which the reflected light guided by the measurement optical systems and the reflected light guided by the reference optical systems are synthesized and an arithmetic unit for identifying a position of a measured portion of the inside of the examined eye on the basis of the interference light received by the light receiving element. The measurement optical systems comprise incident angle changing means 46 for changing an incident angle of the light, with which the examined eye is irradiated, to the examined eye within a predetermined angle range with respect to a visual axis of the examined eye.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
