PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of suppressing the projection of a fixation lamp in fluorescent photography and performing suitable observation.
SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic photographing apparatus includes an irradiation optical system provided with a light source part for emitting illumination light and a scanning part for two-dimensionally scanning the illumination light to a fundus and a light receiving optical system provided with a photodetector for receiving reflected light from the fundus illuminated by the illumination light, and obtains a fundus image on the basis of the light receiving signal of the photodetector. The light source part includes an excitation light source for emitting exciting light, that excites a contrast medium administered into the blood vessel of a subject to cause fluorescence emitted from the contrast medium, and a fixation light source for emitting visible light for guiding the fixation of the eye of the subject. The apparatus also includes a filter unit provided with a band-cut filter having optical characteristics which transmits the fluorescence and intercepts the exciting light and fixation light, which band-cut filter is disposed to be inserted and removed in the optical path of the light receiving optical system not shared with the illumination optical system.
