PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an excellent transillumination image.SOLUTION: This ophthalmic measurement apparatus for measuring an examinees eye, on the basis of an output from a light receiving device, includes a measuring optical system which measures the examinees eye and includes: a light projecting optical system including a light source to emit light with coherency, for projecting at least a part of the light emitted from the light source as measurement light onto a fundus of the examinees eye and a light receiving optical system for receiving light including fundus reflection light by the measurement light by the light receiving device. The apparatus also includes: an imaging optical system, including an imaging device having an imaging surface arranged in a position substantially conjugate with an anterior segment of the examinees eye, for picking up a transillumination image illuminated by the fundus reflection light by the light source and a speckle suppressing means arranged in an optical path of the light projecting optical system, for optically suppressing a speckle noise generated on the transillumination image.
