PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus specifying a position of a crystalline lens with high accuracy by allowing observation of sufficinet-intensity reflected light from the crystalline lens.SOLUTION: This ophthalmologic apparatus includes: a light source 12 a measurement optical system (24, 28, 34, 30, 40, 46, 48) irradiating light from the light source to inside an eye to be examined and guiding the reflected light thereof a reference optical system (24, 22) irradiating the light from the light source to a reference surface and guiding reflected light thereof a light receiving element 26 receiving interference light wherein the reflected light guided by the measurement optical system and the reflected light guided by the reference optical system are composed and an arithmetic device specifying a position of a measurement target portion inside the eye to be examined. The measurement optical system has an incident angle change means 46 changing an incident angle of the light irradiated to the eye to be examined to the visual axis of the eye to be examined in a prescribed angle range.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 水晶体から充分な強度の反射光を観察することができ、水晶体の位置を精度良く特定することができる眼科装置を提供する。【解決手段】 本願の眼科装置は、光源12と、光源からの光を被検眼の内部に照射すると共にその反射光を導く測定光学系(24,28,34,30,40,46,48)と、光源からの光を参照面に照射すると共にその反射光を導く参照光学系(24,22)と、測定光学系により導かれた反射光と参照光学系により導かれた反射光とが合成された干渉光を受光する受光素子26と、受光素子で受光される干渉光から、被検眼内部の測定対象部位の位置を特定する演算装置とを有している。そして、測定光学系は、被検眼に照射される光の被検眼への入射角を被検眼の視軸に対して所定の角度範囲で変更する入射角度変更手段46を有している。【選択図】 図1
