According to the present invention, disclosed is a mobile body composition measuring device capable of measuring the body impedance in various measurement postures. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mobile body composition measuring device comprises: a body unit； a first electrode unit provided on one surface of the body unit； and a second electrode unit provided on the other surface of the body unit. A body composition of an object is measured by pressurizing the body unit to tightly attach the first electrode unit to one side of the object as well as tightly attaching the other side of the object to the second electrode unit.본 발명은 휴대용 체성분 측정 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 휴대용 체성분 측정 장치는, 바디유닛； 상기 바디유닛의 일 면에 구비되는 제1 전극유닛； 및 상기 바디유닛의 타 면에 구비되는 제2 전극유닛；을 포함하고, 상기 바디유닛을 가압하여 상기 제1 전극유닛을 대상체의 일 측에 밀착시킨 상태에서 대상체의 타 측을 상기 제2 전극유닛에 밀착시키는 방식으로 대상체의 체성분을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
