PURPOSE: A method for measuring a body composition and a biometric information managing system are provided to improve the convenience of a user by measuring the body composition without inputting other information except a height of the user.CONSTITUTION: An electrode part(110) is contacted with a subject to measure a body composition of the subject. A display unit(120) displays the measurement result of the body composition. An input unit(130) receives a height. The height is inputted by a user of a body composition measuring device or the subject. An impedance measuring unit measures the impedance of a body using the electrode part.
