PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerated transport method which enables transportation to take place in a favorable cold and sterilized state while reducing cost without using ice.SOLUTION: In the refrigerated transport method, a cold sheet 2 is used which includes in a portion packaging state a lot of bag sections 2a in which water-absorbing resin is enclosed, a cold object 1 is wrapped with the cold sheet 2 after water is filled in the bag sections 2a and refrigerated, and the cold object 1 is put in a foamed heat insulating container 6 for transportation. In addition, corrugated boards 3 and 4 made of plastics are arranged at least on the top surface side and the bottom surface side in the foamed heat insulating container 6. Then, plate-like vacuum heat insulating materials 7 and 7 are internally fitted in the corrugated boards 3 and 4.
