SYNBITOIC FERMENTED MILK PRODUCTS, BEVERAGES AND ENCAPSULATED BACTERIAL COMPOUNDS FORTIFIED WITH LACTOBACILLUS ACIDOPHILUS PROVITI STRAIN AND THEIR APPLICATION
The present invention relates to biotechnology abd microbiology and is used for the preparation of new synbiotic dairy products, beverages and encapsulated probiotic products for the prevention of various diseases. Products and beverages containing probiotic strain L. acidophilus PROVITI, No. CCM 8427 CCMCCM with the follwing set of priorities: a reduction of cholesterol, an immunomodulatory effect, adhesion to the intestinal epithelium. The resulting product of the invention further comprises microorganisms of the strains Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus and oligofructose. Dairy products, beverages and encapsulated synbiotic products according to this invention are used as probiotic food and nutritional supplements for humans and animals, the composition of functional foods and pharmaceutical products and as a means of immunomodulating activity, hypocholesterolemic activity and improvement of the human microbiota.
