PURPOSE: A culture media composition for edible mushroom cultivation and an edible mushroom cultivation method are provided to the enhance flavor, texture and marketability and replace the expensive matsutake. CONSTITUTION: An edible mushroom cultivation method comprises the following steps: mixing cotton plant, rice bran, and cotton seed hull with water and sterilizing at 60-70°;C; fermenting sterilized mixture at 50-55°;C and decreasing the temperature; inoculating edible mushrooms bacteria into the decreased temperature mixture and cultivating for 20-30 days; adding a mixture including matsutake flavor and water with a ratio of 7:4-8:3 to a culture material and forming a primordium; culturing edible mushrooms by adding a mixture including matsutake flavor and water with a ratio of 1:10-10:1 to edible mushroom fruit body; and adding the mixture including matsutake flavor and water with a ratio of 7:4-8:3 to the edible mushroom fruit body and additionally adding the mixture 3-5 days before harvesting the mushroom.본 발명은 송이 향을 함유한 식용버섯 재배용 배지 조성물 및 식용버섯의 재배방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의해 재배된 송이 향을 함유하는 식용 버섯은 향 및 맛이 우수하고, 상품성이 뛰어 난바, 가격이 고가인 송이를 대체할 수 있는 버섯으로 활용될 수 있다.
