PURPOSE: An edible snail feed containing phellinus Linteus with an excellent immunopotentiating capability and a method for breeding edible snails by using the feed are provided. CONSTITUTION: 25-30 kg of rice bran, 12-18 kg of bean-curd dregs, 15-25 kg of calcium agent, 20-30 kg of growing pig latter term feed, and 2-5 kg of phellinus Linteus mushroom powder are mixed. Water is added to the mixture and kneaded to obtain a feed having 50-80% of water content. The feed having twice the volume of a baby edible snail is given to the baby edible snail 2 to 3 times a week for 2 months for breeding, and then the grown-up edible snail is separated to an adult breeding tub and fed with the same feed 2 to 3 times a week for 3 months for breeding.본 발명은 면역강화능력 등이 우수한 린테우스 상황버섯(Phellinus linteus)이 함유된 식용 달팽이 사료 및 그 사료를 이용하여 식용 달팽이를 사육함으로써 식용 달팽이가 가지고 있는 해독력과 약성(면역강화능력)을 더욱 높여 국민 건강증진에 도움을 주고 농가수입 향상에 기여하게 되며, 상기 식용 달팽이는 저지방 고단백으로 인체 흡수율이 우수할 뿐 아니라, 린테우스 상황버섯이 함유된(첨가된) 상기 사료로 사육된 식용 달팽이는 면역강화능력이 강화되어(우수하여) 식용하는 경우 린테우스 상황버섯의 약효 성분이 체내로 매우 잘 흡수되어 인체에 유리하게 작용되는 등의 효과가 있는 매우 유용한 발명이다.
