An objective of the present invention is to provide a control device of a wheelchair moving device for a vehicle having relatively low improvement costs and providing convenience in use. To achieve the above objective, the present invention comprises: a lift mounted inside the vehicle； a foldable wheelchair； a mover robot for fixing and moving the foldable wheelchair； and a control device for controlling the movement of the lift and mover robot. The control device controls the lift to move the foldable wheelchair and mover robot from the inside of the vehicle to the outside, then controls the movement of the mover robot to make the foldable wheelchair move toward the side of a vehicle door, thus helping a user to use the foldable wheelchair.본 발명은 비교적 낮은 차량 개조 비용과 사용이 편리한 차량용 휠체어 이동 장치의 제어 장치를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 차량 내부에 탑재되는 리프트； 접이식 휠체어； 상기 접이식 휠체어를 고정하고 이동하는 이동 로봇； 및 상기 리프트의 작동과 상기 이동 로봇의 이동을 제어하는 제어 장치를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 제어 장치는 상기 접이식 휠체어와 이동 로봇을 차량 내부에서 외부로 이동시키도록 상기 리프트를 제어한 후, 상기 이동 로봇을 차량 외부에서 상기 접이식 휠체어를 차량 도어 측면으로 이동 제어하여 사용자가 접이식 휠체어를 사용하도록 안내한다.
