PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a high calcium embryo bud snack is provided to mix a first grain and a second drain which have different tastes from each other, thereby improving the texture and the flavor of a snack. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a high calcium embryo bud snack comprises the steps of: preparing a first ingredient which includes embryo bud powder and has a grain shape； preparing a second ingredient which includes rice； mixing and popping the first and the second ingredients. The step of preparing the first ingredient includes the steps of: mixing embryo bud powder, volume powder, and paste liquid and then making paste； and manufacturing the paste in a grain shape using a pill making machine. The paste includes 5 to 20wt% of water for the entire weight. In the step of making paste, the paste is further added with brown rice powder and at least one additional ingredient selected from a group of vegetables, mushrooms, meat, seafood, and seaweeds. The step of making paste includes 120 to 180wt% of additional ingredients and 200 to 400wt% of brown rice powder based on 100wt% of embryo bud powder.
