Crude extract is soluble to solvent selected from water including purified water, low-grade alcohol of carbon number one to four or the mixture of these. Polar solvent soluble extract is soluble to solvent selected from water, methanol, ethanol, butanol, or the mixed solvent. Non polar soluble extract is soluble to solvent extract selected from hexane, chloroform and ethyl acetate.
