The crude extract is prepared using water including purified water, C1-C4 alcohols, or a mixture thereof. The polar solvent-soluble extract is prepared using a solvent selected from water, methanol, ethanol, butanol, or a mixture thereof. The non-polar solvent-soluble extract is prepared using a solvent selected among hexane, chloroform, and ethyl acetate.
