The extract is crude extract of schizonepeta tenuifolia extract, polar solvent soluble extract or non-polar solvent soluble extract. The crude extract is extract which is available in a solvent selected from purified water, low grade alcohol with 1-4 carbons, or a mixed solvent thereof. The polar solvent soluble extract is extract which is available in a solvent selected from water, methanol, ethanol, butanol or a mixed solvent thereof. The non-polar solvent soluble extract is extract which is available in a solvent selected from hexane, chloroform or ethyl acetate. The food additive includes 0.1-50% weight of schizonepeta tenuifolia extract based on total weight of the composition.
